We are not able to cut/copy/paste string (the text type by the user) on pdf form since there is no pdf clipboard ppapi for now. (Please refer to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=59266)

The user can't do anything on the form except typing character by character. Per comment 0, it's a known issue even on Chrome. We should consider contribute this part to Chromium codebase first if we want to implement this.

I'm closing this bug as WONTFIX per:

"The Mortar experiment has concluded. Mozilla does not consider the PDF use case justifies the burden of implementing and maintaining PDFium and a Pepper API implementation in Gecko."
