Thunderbird appears to not be in the system and is throwing an error when our tests try to reach it's reports.

This happens because there are no featured versions of Thunderbird. Wayne?

Indeed no feature versions. I've updated the list.
Whoever was doing it must have stopped, so I'll have to add that to release checklist.
