Steps to reproduce:

1) Open a private tab
2) Write some text in the address bar
3) Tap on the text, cursor will appear
4) Drag cursor left and right


Actual results:

The text in the address bar is covered by a blank magnifier-like popup while moving the cursor. See "private.png".


Expected results:

The magnifier popup should work in private mode address bar just like it works in normal address bar. See "normal.png".

This will be device specific. What device, version of Android and keyboard?

Device is Asus ZE550KL running stock Android 6.0.1 and stock keyboard. I've tried different keyboards, but nothing changes regarding the issue. I remember seeing this on Android 5.0.2 too, before upgrade.
