Details

We should be able to specify an array of tags in the bookmarks.CreateDetails object passed into bookmarks.create(), so that we can add tags to newly created bookmarks. This would, among other things, let add-ons mark bookmarks they create so they can easily be separated out from manually created ones (among other uses).
