Actual results:

Currently Calendars in Lightning need to be added one by one by entering the URL pointing to the each calendar even if there are several calendars accessible to the user.
When using TB/Lightning with many shared calendars (i.e. the calendars of the office mates), it becomes very cumbersome if not impossible to add all calendars.


Expected results:

1. TB/Lightning should be able to automatically discover the calendars available to a specific user when provided with the base URL.
2. The user should be able to select which Calendars he what to at to his calendar list
3. The user should be able to toggle visibility of the selected calendars (like it's already today)
4. The user should be able to refresh the list of available calendars and select calendars which have been made available to the user after the initial setup.
5. The user should be able to unselect available calendars (remove them from the list)

I will happily provide more details to this feature request. Please let me know if and how I can improve it.
