User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I have a unified Inbox view of all email accounts. In the message header, I right-clicked on "To:" email address and chose to create a rule. The window does not specify, to which account the rule applies. And even if it did, from the message itself it may not be clear anyway (many email lists use Bcc instead of To or Cc). Then, I set my rule (if To: or Cc: includes the current email address I clicked on, then Move the message to some folder on Local Folders.) and closed the window. Actual results: The rule got saved to a different email account than the one in which the email is stored. As a result, message filter rule does not work at all. Expected results: The rule should be automatically created for the correct email account. P.S. Even better: the rules should have an option to apply for _all_ email accounts and possibility to easily move/copy between accounts.
