129415 - Problem with displaying cyrillic text related to the "DEfault encoding"

I have default encoding set as KOI8-R.
When visiting the URL above or 
http://forum.ixbt.com/ubb/Forum34/HTML/001757.html or some other pages, part is 
displayed correctly and part is displayed in a wrong encoding.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set "Default encoding" to KOI8-R
2. Open one of the pages above

Yep, its a bug. The content written using document.write is encoded using the
default encoding, while the page itself is encoded using encoding specified in
the META tag!!! To reproduce use sophia.ru (if you dont know russian it is going
to be hard to tell the difference)

 I tested with 2002-04-01-03-trunk on windows 98

WFM now. Win XP, 1/08/03 Trunk. I set my default encoding to KOI8-R and the page
and its contents display fine (I consulted with a native Russian speaker). In
light of the fact that this is an old bug, might we say that the page probably
has changed and works fine now? Vladimir, let me know if we still have a problem.

http://www.sophia.ru/ works fine now and http://forum.ixbt.com/0034/001757.html
is a 404.  Marking worksforme, but please reopen if you have a testcase showing
the problem...
