SeaMonkey currently builds with the Social API; however, it is unused in SeaMonkey and mostly dead anyway: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Projects/Social_API We should disable building Social API in SeaMonkey.

With the new Python-based configure, it is no longer possible to disable building Social API via mozconfig - this patch is now the only way to do it.
