This appears to have started when bug 1121938 landed. Looks like that test does a lot of stuff with arrays? https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/tests/encrypted-media/Google/encrypted-media-syntax.html

This didn't just affect the tier-2 taskcluster based jobs, so I ended up backing out bug 1121938.
