Intermittent browser_misused_characters_in_strings.js | security.properties with key=CORSNotSupportingCredentials has a misused single-quote. Single-quoted strings should use Unicode ‘foo’ instead of 'foo'. -

https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/2ed7e61b988d2466a61528f66050596ef272ebda/dom/locales/en-US/chrome/security/security.properties#12 shows that this file does have a curly quote.

Seems like this was broken with bug 1210985 and Archaeopteryx fixed it in a followup, which is why this happened briefly and then not again. Duping to the bug that had this issue.

These are related to bug 1341586 which has been fixed.
