looks like a dead drive. waiting for diags to wrap up to confirm. will open RMA if applicable.

bad drive confirmed as diagnostics was unable to repair it. opened #UEI-898-68431 with iX for RMA.

RMA came in. swapped drive out and reimaged. ill send back RMA on Mon.
