This is currently blocked because we are still using UITour. We need a little more flexibility in the standard show Heartbeat messaging prompt. 1. The ability to change the icon. Right now we can only show the heart, but we may want to show a Firefox logo, a lightbulb, a red security warning, etc. 2. More than one button/option. We often want people to answer a question for us. Something like "Are you at work or at home? (Work) (Home)" or "Have you used new feature X? (Yes) (No) (What is x?)" 3. We'd need a post action for each button we add so they can perform different behaviors.
What kind of post actions would you want for the buttons? Would it be fine if every button showed a thank you message, closed the prompt, and optionally opened a tab with some provided url?

Yep. I think that's perfect. Glind? Any other post button actions?

Depends on: 1294800
We might also want a 5 or 7 pt response scale that isn't composed of stars.
