I've added nss and nss-try to treestatus's webapp, but I don't believe that will do anything until the .hgrc files for those repos gets updated to check for the hook.
nss-try currently shows as "closed - new tree", not sure why or what exactly that means. We should fix that before adding any hooks that would reject pushes.

Oh, that's the default state for trees when they get added to the Treestatus webapp. I flipped them to "open" so they can be pushed to whenever the hooks get implemented for real on the hg server.

I've enabled the hooks on projects/nss and projects/nss-try.

There is a slight chance the hooks may not work. So please ping someone in #vcs if you notice any oddities.
