"Save PDF to iBooks" option disappears when the "Send" icon is shown in Menu

1. Open a pdf in Firefox for iOS
2. Tap on the "Send" icon in the toolbar
==>There is an option - "Save PDF to iBooks" (pls see the attchment)
3. Goto Settings -> Homepage
4. Disable the option "Show Homepage Icon in Menu"
==> The "Send" icon will be shown in Menu
5. Open a pdf in Firefox for iOS
6. Open Menu -> Send
==>No "Save PDF to iBooks" option

Verifying as fix on master 0e03028ac. The "Save PDF to iBooks" option is correctly displayed when the "Send" icon will be shown in Menu.
