User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160726073904 Steps to reproduce: Hi there, I've been using Whatsapp Web for at least a year without problems. Now, on Firefox 48.0 my complete Windows 10 PC freezes when I start up Whatsapp web. I don't know if it has anything to do with Whatsapp, Firefox of Windows. All works well on Chrome. So the suspicion is with Firefox. Actual results: PC freezes completely Expected results: https://web.whatsapp.com/ should have been loaded

Hello ernstbiesbroeck, I am a regular user of Whatsapp Web too and didn't encounter this issue. I tested this issue on Windows 10. I compared this behavior on Chrome too and didn't observed any difference. Build ID 20160726073904 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 This issue may be related to profile or other Addons. Please try retesting this with clean profile(https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing+profiles) and in safe mode(https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Safe+Mode). Let us know your finding.
