correct display seen with
NC7.73
IE6
opera

my theory (not really checked):
table "QCD v3 Plug-ins" ist to wide fr the outer cell.
if I wide up "outer" table to 900 pixels, the page will be shown correctly

backwards-compatible broken float rendering...

this here still represents a problem.

this guys really missuse floaters cause is based on the presumption that a
floater contained in a previous block will make the curent floater to stay in
the same line

as long as this will be the only page that has this problem, we don't bother
