There are some fixes in 50 that are too large to uplift to 49, so we're preffing off in 49 for mac. Will remain on for linux and windows.

pref-off full_duplex on mac (beta)

Approval Request Comment
[Feature/regressing bug #]: N/A

[User impact if declined]: full_duplex remains on for Mac in 49; there are some bugs with resampling and device-changes that achronop and padenot didn't feel comfortable uplifting.

[Describe test coverage new/current, TreeHerder]: both full-duplex and non-fullduplex path work. Android is still non-full_duplex

[Risks and why]: Only risk would be something accidentally broken in non-full-duplex on mac.

[String/UUID change made/needed]: none

Sounds right to keep this feature off for Macs for 49. Please uplift to beta.
