1294782 - Firefox randomly shows unresponsive script warning for arbitrary script(s) when idle, starting from beta 49.0b2

Steps to reproduce:

Starting from beta 49.0b2 (or earlier), Firefox starts to randomly throw "Warning: Unresponsive script" for ARBITRARY script.

It will say a RANDOM script (the screenshot attached below showed two independent cases), not that script is really causing problem. If I have a web page open it would say some random one on that page; if not, it would say some random one from my addons.

As far as I can say, Firefox is not actually freezing; I can just click either continue or stop the script to continue use it. But needless to say, it's super annoying.

It has been encountered by lots of users, on Windows and on Linux (worth checking https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/4xb8mq/help_after_last_beta_update_firefox_keeps_showing/ )

I forgot to emphasize it in my description: it happens after you put Firefox idle in background for a while (~minutes).
