Test SVG file for searching
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Build ID: 20160725105554 Steps to reproduce: If you try to search for text in an SVG Firefox will correctly highlight the text, but will not scroll the viewport such that the highlighted text is in view. I tried to search for text in a large SVG file that does not fit in the viewport. Actual results: The viewport was not scrolled such that the highlighted text was in view. Expected results: The viewport should have scrolled such that the text was in view. This works as expected in Chrome. I've attached a large SVG text file. Try searching for text found outside the viewport to recreate.
