Attachment: allow "mach android-emulator --version 6.0"

With https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/db16bc2cae41 + this patch, I can start the 6.0 emulator with "mach android-emulator --version 6.0". It takes a long time (2 minutes?) to start, but that is the same performance I see when I open the emulator manually with a 6.0 avd.

I checked that "mach install", "mach run", and "mach robocop testLoad" work as expected.
