Steps to reproduce:

in Thunderbird main window:

* select one email account name 
* section:  "Accounts" - "Create a new account" + Email 
* a pop-up raise: "Would you like a new email address?"
* click on "skip this and use my existing email" --> nothing happen.

Distributor ID:    Ubuntu 
Description:    Ubuntu 16.04.1 
LTS Release:   16.04
Codename:    xenial

Tb 45.2.0


Actual results:

It stops at the popup  "Would you like a new email address?"
Next popup doesn't raise when I click on  "skip this and use my existing email


Expected results:

The new account dialog should replace the current popup ("Would you like a new email address?")

Could you provide debug procedure to see what happen here?

Only OS differ, they are the same, with same error in jsconsole. 
Oh, I found how to mark it as duplicate. :)
