We're trying to build relationships with (1) Teams of students on University & College Campuses who will be part of the new Campus Clubs program. (2) Regional Coordinators, who will supervise and mentor these student groups. We will track the contributions of these clubs to Mozilla and build relationships with the individual leaders and mentors so that we can troubleshoot and strengthen the program and build a holistic journey for students that takes them from first interaction with a Mozilla Club past graduation. >> In this a new email program request? Yes >> Cadence of planned email engagement Weekly >> What initiative does this support? Mozilla community cultivation >> Do you currently have a way to solve for this? We'll be using Google Forms and spreadsheets. >> What are the pain points in the current process? It's difficult to keep track of information like which individuals belong to which Campus Clubs, which Regional Coordinators are paired with which Club, which regions are excelling, which Clubs are active/inactive, how long clubs have been active/inactive etc. >> What are the perceived benefits to changing the process? Feeds into a larger volunteer management system, allows us to set-up automated email programs/journeys, is more secure than google forms, allows up to set-up integration with other programs, creates a long-term database. >> How will success be measured? # of new clubs registered # of clubs that sustain activity for 6 months, 1 year # of activities performed by each club satisfaction rating >> What is the risk to not doing this? Google forms and spreadsheets aren't as secure as exact target and become cumbersome over time as more and more information is collected. We're at risk of losing valuable data that would help us grow relationships in the long-term and not being able to create such a good program as a result. >> What does success look like? By NOvember 1st 2017 we will have a system that is fully integrated with the Mozilla Foundation Clubs program, but also where all data is centrally captured in the CRM. >> How many people will need access to the CRM platform?
