*** observed with 2002-03-07 build ***
Steps to reproduce:
- assign a charset to a folder ( i used a cyrillic Koi8r);
- go to a folder and observe that the nomime message body is displaying incorrectly;
- change folder charset to a different, it is not reflected on the message body,
there was no reloading after the charset change. You can force the charset by
checking the "Apply to all..." but to see the effect of the change you have to
resect the folder. This is a recent regression
