there appears to be an issue with the kickstart. im stuck on step 7a of this - https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/DC/How+To+Reimage+Releng+iX+and+HP+Linux+Machines

after i hit enter, the menu with the o/s option refreshes. ive tried all the available o/s options and trying to reimage without PUPPET_PASS and the only thing that happens is the menu refreshes. any idea?

It looks like it would happily install centos (I hit return there), so maybe IT changed something with the kickstart config for ubuntu? I would try to figure out if this happens on any server you try to install ubuntu on.

hi ryan, this is what i had mentioned to you a while back. you can use this host to test if needed.
I rekickstarted it, but it's going reeeeeeally slow. Van: I think there might be a disk issue.
in training this week, will poke first thing on Monday next week.
Yeah, it's listing SMART bad status, AHCI Port0 Device Error at boot.
