1295388 - create page permission

I am 'sphink' on MDN, and I swear I have been able to create pages in the past. (Actually, I'm also 'sfink' on MDN. The accounts could be merged, if it's better that way for admins or somebody?) But I just tried to create a Performance/Benchmarking page, and the 404 page https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Performance/Benchmarking doesn't seem to give me an option for creating it.

I tried logging in via my two personae as well as my github credentials.

For now, I created https://wiki.mozilla.org/Benchmarking_advice and am putting my information there.

This page:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Performance

has misleading links, like to this one:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Performance/Benchmarking

try this instead:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Performance/Benchmarking

and, if you are so motivated, fix the Performance page.

Yes, it does! Thank you. That's my fault for cloning the next link and modifying it, incorrectly.

(I added that link, in an attempt to create the page. So yes, I will fix it, since I messed it up in the first place.)
