update: I made a seamonkey proxy. We're not going to use an embedding proxy for 
now because seamonkey requires the embedding dll, so there's no real place to 
put it.  (So embedding won't show a progress dialog for downloads).

moving to moz 1.1 - we decided to punt on this until we have an embedding-only dll.
