Due to bug 1287971 we no longer support ASan with sandboxing.  In light of that, we might want to remove the #ifdef MOZ_ASAN parts of SandboxFilter.cpp — at this point they mostly serve to confuse people trying to understand what the policy actually is (e.g., at the syscall triage meeting this morning).

See bug 1386297 comment #1 — I'd rather un-bit-rot this code and handle the (sandboxing XOR LSan) constraint dynamically.
