(Hopefully you're not located too close to mozilla.org server, if you are, you need an external ftp server which has several files on it) Go to the URL. Click on one of the files. Before the save dialog pops-up, press Escape. You will get a save dialog immediately. Saving the file results in a 0 byte file. This can also be accomplished by pressing stop or clicking on another link.

Its related, I'm not too sure its a dupe. It probably is, but its a slightly different code path, I think. qa, please only verify this one when bug 63798 is fixed, and test that that fixes this case too.
