(Whiteboard: [webvr])

This bug captures the work needed to enable Firefox to be launched from within Oculus Home while wearing the HMD. This could either be a specially packaged version of Firefox with an Oculus home manifest distributed through Oculus home as a .zip, or a separate Oculus home application that finds a pre-existing installation of Firefox and launches it. This work is dependent on having a integration with the Oculus Platform SDK, to receive and respond to events from Oculus home.

It will be possible to detect when the browser is being launched from Oculus Home/Oculus Dash. The existing 2d windows for the browser will be accessible in Oculus Dash without modification. We can check for the presence of an environment variable (name TBD) if we need to make decisions dependent on the environment, such as adjusting the size of controls for easier accessibility with Oculus touch controllers.
