1. Navigate to given URL
2. Click Load
3. Navigate to about:memory in a new tab
4. Click on Measure

Expected results:

Sensible memory usage

Actual results:

What's the connection to DevTools here?  The title mentions Web Console and the component says WebIDE, but I don't see either of those tools used in the STR.

Is the STR correct?  Are you opening DevTools at some point?

Bug 1297525 seems to discuss a similar issue with a bit more detail.  I'll mark this as a dupe for now, please reopen if they are separate issues.
