User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160817112116 Steps to reproduce: I traduce from French so I could use some wrong english names. go Web developer/Network reload the page click on a request click on headers click on modify and resend modify a header in "request header" click on send click on the last request read the header you modify Actual results: The header is not modied. Expected results: The header shoud have the modified value.

Thanks for the report. Can you specify what exact header did you modify? Note that adding new headers and modifying a custom header works for me. Honza
