Description

If Classic mode is already running, or started up after Mozilla is launched,
Mail crashes all of Mozilla. In the past a message would come up saying that an
error has occurred and the program has unexpectedly quit. In the past day or so,
the error message doesn't come up at all, the program just quits. I can usually
send and receive mail for 30 min or so, then the crashing starts.

This happens whether you have an app running in Classic or Classic is running
the background with no app open.

It seems the only way around this is to completely restart the computer and not
have Classic running at all.
To clarify reporter's comment, by "classic" she means MacOS 9 running under
MacOSX and note the Mozilla classic theme.

cc'ing sfraser and pinkerton in case they have any idea.

Also, reporter, would be nice if you could provide us a crash log. To turn on
the crash log on MacOS X 10.1:

1) Open a finder window
2) go to the applications/utilities folder
3) open the "Console"
4) Fom the Console, go to menu Console/Preferences...
5) Select the tab "Crashes"
6) Select both check boxes (Log crash info and automatically display crash)
7) quit the console

Now, the next time you crash Mozilla/Netscape you will get a log window with a
crash report, just copy the data and posted it to the bug report. Thanks
