I can not find this string in Pontoon. Looks like this legal stuff has been translated by third party and can been changed only by pull request in some GitHub repository.
Matjaz, can you please point me to source of this string?

Fixed in mozilla.org Russian l10n. Should take some time to be fixed on production website.
