129718 - Put user profile location in OS2.INI upon startup

On OS/2, the user profile can be in two places - either where MOZILLA_HOME 
points, or if MOZILLA_HOME is not set, where the executable is.

We have had a request from people that write apps that work with Mozilla to put 
the location of the User profile in the OS2.INI at startup so that these apps 
can easily find the location of the User profile.

For now we are going to use app "Mozilla" with key "Home"
