User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0
Build ID: 20160806094113

Steps to reproduce:

Arch Linux amd64 with cairo 1.14.6-2, mesa 12.0.1 and Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz & builtin graphic card

1. Download firefox 47.0.2 debug build or use my current 48.0
2. Run ./firefox --safe-mode --new-instance https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Iptables_\(%E7%AE%80%E4%BD%93%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87\)
3. Scroll down to the pink panel below "# iptables -P FORWARD DROP", then scroll up and down

Actual results:

This page was rendered in a wrong way with repeated content. If I switch to another tab and go back later the whole page becomes black.

The console outputs:

[GFX3-]: Ending FillGlyphs with a bad surface 1
[GFX2-]: DrawTargetCairo context in error state: out of memory(1)

Failed to reproduce this bug on my another PC with the same OS & Firefox version. It seems that this might be a platform-specific bug.
