The reporter says the video is playable in IE11 and Opera 39, only sound in Chrome 52. Video encoded with Pinnacle Studio 17.

We do not support H263 (and neither does chrome).

However, invalid video track should in theory be ignored. so will track what's going on there.

correction, we only ignore audio tracks we can't play. We error if a video track that we can't play is present.
