this page looks aweful because the imaged don't load and the alt-text is
displayed instead.  Troy is convinced layout is doing the right thing, so here's
a necko bug for ya.

This is another case of the ?xxx part of the URI containing slashes.

Ian's right, of course.

When I closed out the other bug I said: "There are already at least one bug
assigned against Necko saying that images that shlould load are not loading. I
think we have that covered"

I guess Steve didn't believe me...
