Currently, if I sign up for a new account through the FxA login flow on Firefox for iOS, I am not offered a choice of which datatypes to sync. This choice should be offered before I start syncing any data, so that I do not send data to the server that I didn't intend to.
Concretely, Firefox Accounts offers a web-based version of the choose-what-to-sync screen, which is used by Desktop and Android for this flow. Firefox for iOS could adopt this as well.
