[XBLFC] background of <select> popups is grey, not white (Classic/win2k). The background color of popups is grey, not white, in default style for Classic on win2k. Also, it appears that this cannot be overridden by author style rules, in either Modern or Classic. e.g., <html> <head> <style> #foo { background-color: #ff0030; color: #00ff00; font-size : x-small;} </style> </head> <body> <form> <select id="foo"> <option value="no" selected>same window <option value="yes">New window </select> <br><br> <select style="background-color: #ff0030; color: #00ff00; font-size : x-small"> <option value="no" selected>same window <option value="yes">New window </select> </form> </body> </html> [Comments based on testing with 2002030710 trunk build, classic skin, win2k, XBL Form Controls enabled, unless otherwise noted. madhur: could you test this on the full matrix (Classic|Modern) X (win32|MacOS9|MacOSX|Linux) and update this bug with the status on those platform/skin combinations. Thanks.]
adding nsbeta1. I think we do need to consider each of these for machv if we are to do xbl-based form controls.

The background color on forms is white and in the testcase is red. So I guess this is fixed. Is there another bug open for the text color not being inherited (see testcase) ?
