This is what I feared would happen.  I mentioned to others that it's possible that even with the retries it won't fix the problem and here is some proof.  There is something else going on here that's preventing xvfb from starting up that I'm not really sure of yet.

Shouldn't we get info from the xserver log files or similar?
The Xvfb (which is the X server we're using) logfiles just end -- there's no indication of anything having gone wrong.  I believe those logs are in one of the previous bugs on this issue.
Last starred job was from August 25th when we were landing other changes.  Looks like this might be fixed now.
