[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Go to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6E7CGm12tA&feature=youtu.be.
3. Play video.
4. Move the video in question (Tab) to New window.
[Expected result]:
- The video is loaded and properly played.
[Actual result]:
- The video is stuck in New window and any attempt to play/pause, change volume etc. is not working anymore.
[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression.
[Additional notes]:
- the YouTube paid content link provided in STR is free ($0.00), though it will require to enter your credit card information.
- this issue is not reproducible with normal YouTube videos.

This appears to not be specific to WebM. I'm able to reproduce this on all releases with mp4. Above steps work for repro, though I had to use a different video due to region locking. Updating bug to reflect broader impact.
