Yes I  reset my password.
Butb when entering the system does not even ask the key as soon as...
Firefox Accounts doesn't have a separate key; the password is used to generate a key.

Firefox Sync encrypts your account data with your password in a way that not even Mozilla can access. This is ordinarily a good thing -- your browser data is kept secure and private.

In your case, that's a bad thing: without your password (and especially if you have already reset your password) it's impossible for you or us to recover your data from Firefox Sync.

I suggest you try to find a backup of your computer from before you wiped it, and restore your Firefox profile from there.

I'm going to close this bug as INVALID because it's not a bug that we can fix.
