1298045 - Remove "Recruitment Message" functionality

Always good to stay lean. 

No recruitment message has been added to an Air Mozilla event since September 2014. This was Rachel and Dakotta(?)'s initiative. 

We don't necessarily have to delete the data from the database but we can remove the functionality in the webapp. 

Reaching out to Rachel and Michelle (not sure if you are the best people for this discussion any more, sorry) just in case there's some secret plan to revive this.
