Thanks for reporting poljos. Feed is not empty but it's invalid due to an incorrectly parsed entry. It's probably ignored by the majority of readers, thus is appears empty. https://support.mozilla.org/cs/questions/feed?product=thunderbird http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.mozilla.org%2Fcs%2Fquestions%2Ffeed%3Fproduct%3Dthunderbird Copy from w3 validation """ This feed does not validate. line 2, column 762: Undefined summary element: p (4 occurrences) [help] ... stions/1136181</id><summary type="html"><p>Už druhý nebo třetí den nefun ... ^ line 3, column 14: Missing entry element: updated [help] </p></summary></entry><entry><title>Dobrý den, přesouvali jsme poštu na nový ... ^ line 39, column 2: XML parsing error: <unknown>:39:2: mismatched tag [help] </p><p>--#StwEmail_Boundary# ^ In addition, interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendation. line 2, column 281: Self reference doesn't match document location [help] ... zilla.org/cs/questions/feed" rel="self"></link><id>https://support.mozil ... ^ """

Etc. > """ This feed https://support.mozilla.org/cs/questions/feed?product=firefox - working OK but this https://support.mozilla.org/cs/questions/feed?product=thunderbird - dont work. Both RSS feeds until now functioned normally (although validator reports the same error).

Giorgos, is this something what can be fixed and deployed? I wouldn't be scared of breaking something, what is already broken.

Right now I do get feeds from both links in comment 4. - https://support.mozilla.org/cs/questions/feed?product=firefox - https://support.mozilla.org/cs/questions/feed?product=thunderbird I recognize that there's a problem since the feed is not (always) valid and this could be causing readers to reject it. I won't be fixing this as we do not do any code changes except from security fixes on Kitsune now.
