Steps to reproduce:

no button for converting from IMAP to POP3 exists 


Actual results:

no other application has this, or it just works. in tb it grays out pop3 settings if you originally pick IMAP for account type in account maker.


Expected results:

it should allow you to put in pop3 settings into an account and get your mail and deselect IMAP.
