To be able to understand work on improving performance on Firefox from a users perspective, we propose to enable Progressive Performance Metrics. All the metrics are related to user-perceived performance during a page’s lifecycle and will make measurements available through Unified Telemetry.

Renamed to file follow up bugs for the developer facing numbers when we validated the numbers as for that step the implementation *must* be comparable to Chrome and follow the spec.
