[Affected versions]: - Nightly 51.0a1 [Affected Platforms]: - All Windows - All Mac OS - All Linux [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open the browser and navigate to "https://testpilot.firefox.com page. 2. Click on "Install the Test Pilot add-on" green button and follow the process. 3. After redirected on experiments page, click on "Activity Stream" experiment card. 4. Click the blue "Enable Activity Stream" button from top right of the page. 5. Observe the Firefox toolbar and open a New Tab page to verify the add-on installation. [Expected result]: - Activity Stream is successfully installed. Both "Activity Stream" and "Share" icons are displayed in browser toolbar and New Tab page displays Activity Stream content. [Actual result]: - Activity Stream is installed but the toolbar buttons are not displayed and the New Tab page displays the default content. [Regression] Last good revision: 6e17a469a1b137c535adee7e476f86ee9dfcc071 First bad revision: 4e9b9e217312cbff683fd5ac2402eb58c5c370ec Pushlog: http://goo.gl/0XZe9W We suspect the bug 1289549 has the changes which introduced the regression. [Notes]: - This issue is also reproducible if manually installing from xpi. - Added a screen recording with the issue.
This is a dupe of https://github.com/mozilla/activity-stream/issues/1173 The bug is due to incorrectly Cu.importing this library by the activity stream addon. No reason to file a bug here, closing.

The fix is already in, not sure when it will be updated on test pilot, Ricky may know.

We will be cutting a release later today that fixes that.

Looks like the release might not come out today. If you want, you can use the "dev channel" of the addon which should work: https://moz-activity-streams-dev.s3.amazonaws.com/dist/latest.html
