When I open a new Mail/News window, the get messages button is first disabled.
This happens although a folder of my main account is always selected. When this
happens focus is always at the message list, i.e. When I type something one of
the messages gets selected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new Mail/News window (on the mac with command-2)
2. Try to use the "Get msgs" button. (first one up there.. :)
3.

Actual Results:  This button is disabled and wont work untill I do something
different first, i.e. click somewhere so focus is changed to any thing from this
account or tye any letter.

Expected Results:  This button schould be active, and possibly act as "Get
messages for all accounts" in this state, as no account is choosen at this time.
This probably needs a prefference...
