Details

Release managers spent a lot of time on Bugzilla. One of the "waste of time" is to use the ni search to need info the author. Having a "needinfo the assignee" shortcut which would prefill the needinfo to the right address would save us a lot of time. (bonus point: the reviewer too)
If you think it will add too much info, we can enable this only to release managers
Apparently Sylvestre never noticed the dropdown in the NI control. :)

Unless "the author" means patch author. If that's the case (the bug is not assigned, for instance) I'd prefer the assignee of the bug be the person with the patch under review.
