form fields and mail compose window don't show iso-8852-2 characters
(central europen, if i done mistake)

example: ±³æ¿
looks like plus/minus, power 3, something, and ? up to down.

i have corect font instaled and porperitys set.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to fill form with polish- specyfic haracters

Actual Results:  as i sad before

Expected Results:  correc haracter should be shown

Is your default encoding set to ISO-8859-2?  Are you typing on pages that are in
that encoding?

yes, default encoding is set to ISO-8859-2,

mozilla (for example, 1.1beta)? if so, please comment again with details. if
not, please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME. thanks.
